The site is situated 15 km away from Gorzów in a small town Stanowice. The surrounding 365 ha farmland along with its class 3 and class 5 soils, according to soil quality classification, belongs to the company. The land’s location in a non-point complex considerably facilitates agrotechnical works. The company also owns farm buildings on the area of 7,700 m² and farm machines.

     The real estate, which is leased by the company, includes a park and a pond located on the area of ca. 8 ha, as well as a historic palace from the 18th century.

     The site’s main purpose is to produce eco bio energy by means of biomass, selected waste fractions, and self-grown farm produce, which is facilitated by organic fertilizers, obtained in the process of composting sewage sediment.
